Reservation contract
A reservation is confirmed and these Terms apply when Repat Bissau, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of Repat Bissau, has received the applicable deposit from the Customer and the Customer has received written confirmation from Repat Bissau of such reservation. The Customer confirming the reservation must be at least 21 years old and undertakes to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by Repat Bissau to confirm this reservation. Any Customer confirming a reservation on Products with more than one Customer named and reserved on this reservation declares and warrants to Repat Bissau that:
i) they have all necessary consents and powers to make such reservation on behalf of all other Customers named on the reservation, and have communicated all necessary information to the other Customers in order for them to give free and fully informed authorization for the TO DO ;
ii) the information they provide regarding all customers is complete and accurate, and they have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to share this information with Repat Bissau for the purpose of finalizing the reservation; And
iii) they will inform all other Clients named on the relevant booking of the applicability of these Conditions to the booking and of the Clients' relationship with Repat Bissau.

At any time prior to confirmation of a reservation, Repat Bissau reserves the right to increase or decrease the brochure prices of any product. Repat Bissau reserves the right to refuse any reservation, at its sole discretion.


Medical conditions and special requirements
All Customers should consult their doctor regarding their fitness to travel. Repat Bissau encourages all Clients to seek the advice of their physician regarding necessary or recommended vaccinations, medical precautions or other medical issues regarding the Client's entire trip with Repat Bissau. Repat Bissau does not provide medical advice. Clients must notify Repat Bissau in writing prior to their final payment due date for their reservation of any medical condition, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and/or physical condition that may impact the Client's ability to travel. , and/or any ongoing medical condition. condition. Full disclosure of this information is a condition for traveling on any Product or in any capacity with Repat Bissau. Some Products may not be suitable for all people due to restrictions imposed by mobility limitations, physical or cognitive disability, pregnancy or various other physical or mental conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each product in light of that customer's limitations, physical and mental condition, and any medical requirements or issues of that customer. Trips, as offered by Repat Bissau, by their nature, may involve visiting remote or less developed areas, where medical facilities may not meet the standards of those found in the Client's home country. The condition of medical facilities in the countries in which Repat Bissau operates varies and Repat Bissau makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of such facilities or medical treatment in such areas. Repat Bissau will endeavor to meet special requests from Clients, such as food and accommodation requests, but such requests do not form part of these Terms or the contract between the Client and Repat Bissau and Repat Bissau is not responsible. for any failure to host or perform. such requests.

Cash
Repat Bissau products are available for purchase using Stripe, a payment processor that offers dynamic currency conversion. Customers can book a Repat Bissau product with 130 different currencies. The currency applied to the Customer's reservation will be determined by Repat Bissau. The Customer will be informed of the applicable currency before making any payment to Repat Bissau.

Final Payment Schedule / Late Payment / Booking Acceptance / Client Details
(a) Final payment:customers should refer to the confirmation email sent by Repat Bissau and/or their applicable confirmation email for final payment details for all reserved products. Payment of the balance of the price of any Product is due at least 30 days prior to the arrival date of the first Product from (the Products included in this reservation). If full payment is not received by this due date, Repat Bissau may modify the price to be paid for the Product, or may consider the reservation of this Product as canceled and will retain the amount paid at the time of the reservation as an expense. cancellation, at the sole discretion of Repat Bissau. . If a Product is reserved less than 30 days before the departure date of the first Product to leave (of the Products included in this reservation), the total amount is payable at the time of the reservation in order for the reservation to be confirmed. If, for a Product, the payment conditions differ from those described in this section, the applicable conditions will be communicated to the Customer before the reservation and will also be detailed on the applicable invoice.

(b) Late payment:Failure to pay within fourteen days of the agreed date constitutes a breach of contract and will result in the cancellation of your immersion experience. Repat Bissau reserves the right to assign your place to the next eligible customer on the waiting list.

(c) Customer Contact Information:as a condition of valid confirmation of any reservation with Repat Bissau (including all products), the client must provide all the necessary information requested by Repat Bissau with his final payment. If the Customer does not provide this information before 60 days before the departure of the purchased Product, administrative costs will be invoiced to the Customer, and Repat Bissau reserves the right to treat this reservation as canceled and to levy the cancellation costs deemed reasonable by Repat Bissau, at its sole discretion. The information required from each Customer will vary depending on the Product purchased, and the requirements will be communicated to Customers during the booking process.
