Cancellation by the Customer
Any cancellation of a reservation and/or a Product by a Customer must be notified in writing to Repat Bissau and be acknowledged in writing by Repat Bissau. The products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE between people. It is recommended that Repat Bissau customers take out travel cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance is the only way to receive reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses if you cancel your trip to Repat Bissau for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Repat Bissau's actions.

Repat Bissau is not responsible for incidental costs or consequential losses that the client may have suffered as a result of the canceled reservation, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or train, non-refundable parking or d other costs, loss of income, or loss of use, etc.

It is strongly recommended that customers who purchase products take out comprehensive cancellation insurance for any reason, to the extent that such insurance is available under the laws governing each customer's country of origin. FULL CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE MAY ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CANADA.

Cancellation of a tour by Repat Bissau
Repat Bissau will not cancel a reservation on a tour product once confirmed, in accordance with these conditions, except for reasons of "force majeure", which will be defined as unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Repat Bissau. When a tour is canceled by Repat Bissau before the agreed departure date for reasons not resulting from the fault or negligence of the Client or within the reasonable control of the Client, the Client will have the choice of:

(i)accept from Repat Bissau a replacement travel product of equivalent or greater value, when such substitute is reasonably available;

(ii)accept from Repat Bissau a substitute tour of lower value if no tour of equivalent or greater value is reasonably available, and recover from Repat Bissau the difference in price between the price of the tour initially purchased and that of the substitute tour; Or

(iii)accept from Repat Bissau a full refund of all monies paid for the canceled tour product(s).

Repat Bissau is not responsible for incidental costs or consequential losses that the client may have suffered as a result of the canceled reservation, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or train, non-refundable parking or d 'other costs, loss of income. , or loss of use, etc. Repat Bissau reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the above choices, at its sole discretion. If, after departure, a significant element of the Product(s) as described cannot be provided, Repat Bissau will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the Travel Product(s). If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if the Customer reasonably rejects any suitable alternative, Repat Bissau will provide the Customer with a refund for the unused Products or Product portions.

Services not used
Repat Bissau will not offer or pay any discount or refund for missed or unused services that were missed or unused by the customer through no fault of Repat Bissau or its Experience Designers, which shall include any termination of the customer's participation to travel Product due to Customer's fault, negligence or breach of these Terms.
